I don't think many of you will argue this one, but I just made one of the biggest blunders that most newbies make when getting started with marketing online. I started yesterday reading through Ann Seig's latest report, then it carried on into today. I read three more books on niche marketing and info-preneuring.

The thirst for knowledge is good, but reading does not make you money. Even after reading Timothy Ferriss's killer book The Four Hour Workweek and agreeing with what he said about not wasting time sitting around reading when you could be working. I still did it.

The problem is that you forget most of what you read within 48 hours of reading it. So it just makes sense to identify what you want to do and find information as you are going along, but don't stop working.

Here's a favorite quote of mine that sums the concept up: "One becomes a beginner after 1000 days of training. One becomes a master after 10, 000 days of practice." -Mas Oyama

It's a martial arts quote, but if you're studying video marketing one shouldn't spend all your time watching videos on how to do it. You should find a few key things to try. Make a few videos and continue the process of finding a FEW (2-3) things to try and then do it. And keep at it:)
